Helping our clients turn their ideas into reality is one of the things I enjoy most about my job as a residential designer. Working with homeowners and their homes is a great job.
I joined S.J. Janis Co. Inc., in 2005 and the emphasis on designing and building great and innovative projects is what drew me to the company. In 2008, I moved into the design consultant position because of my desire to focus on individual clients and seeing their project from beginning to end.
My educational background is a bachelor of science degree in architectural studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I also have a masters of architecture and masters of urban planning from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. And, I’m currently working on my NKBA kitchen and bath certification.
I believe that the future for remodeling is only going to get more complex and demanding. With a constantly growing list of options for houses, I welcome the opportunity to continually educate myself.
